CHURCH COUNCIL MEETING: The regular monthly meeting will be held TODAY during “Coffee and…” in the parish hall. Council members are requested to make every effort to attend this meeting.

HARVEST FESTIVAL: Many thanks go to all those who baked, cooked, donated, worked, and attended the Harvest Festival on November 22. Thanks to all our efforts, it was a big success. The results are as follows: $2030 – for the parish, $1509 – rolls and breads, $323 – UOL, $839 – Sisterhood, $580 – donations for Ukraine.

COFFEE and… Thank you to Nataliya Vaverchak for hosting coffee and… on November 23rd. Thank you to Joann O’Flaherty and Lisa Kerry for hosting coffee and… on November 30th. Thank you to Meroslava Szwez for donating a fruit bread, and Oksana Szwez for donating a poppy seed bread for coffee and… last Sunday! Hosting on Dec. 14th is Ivanna Vitrykush.

UOL: TODAY we will have a small reception in the church hall after the St. Nicholas Program in church!! Come and enjoy delicious food and friendly fellowship! St. Nicholas will be waiting for our children in the parish hall, too! Thank you to everyone who supported our outreach collections!! We helped pack 370 shoeboxes for Operation Christmas Child, and packages are being sent to Ukraine for St. Nicholas project!!

POPPYSEED ROLLS will be baked to order on Friday, December 19. They could be great Christmas gifts for your friends and family. The price is $15 per roll or $8 for half. The sign-up sheet is downstairs on the parish hall door. Deadline to order is December 14.

LIVE-STREAMING of our church services costs $650/year. As 2026 approaches, we are seeking sponsors to cover the live-streaming costs once again. Please send your donation to 54 Winter St., New Britain, CT 06051 with the remark “live-streaming”. Thank you! 

ТАЇНСТВО СПОВІДІ є важливою частиною Різдвяного Посту. Воно підготовлює нас до привітання нашого Спасителя в цей світ і в наше життя. Ми всі повинні посповідатись, якщо ми хочемо отримати Святе Причастя на свято Різдва і в подальшому. 

CONFESSION: Father Andrii is available to hear Confessions after Saturday services or before Divine Liturgy on Sunday. Please arrive early on Sunday morning for Confession so this won’t interfere with the start of the Divine Liturgy.

OUR CONDOLENCES go to Kathy Dilozir and the family on the passing of her mother, Margaret, in Scranton, PA, last Saturday. Funeral services were held on Thursday. May the handmaiden of God, Margaret, rest in eternal peace with her beloved Lord! Vichna pamyat! 

SISTERHOOD: We have raisin breads and pyrohy available for purchase.

Classes will not be held today because of the St. Nicholas program. Classes will resume next Sunday, December 14.

TODAY, all of our parish family and friends are invited to the annual St. Nicholas program performed by our Church School students immediately after Divine Liturgy in the church.

Loving thanks go to our Youth Ministry students for beautifully decorating the church hall and 2 Christmas trees.

Next Sunday, December 14, will be the last day for the toy collection for underprivileged children in the Greater New Britain area. Please leave your new unwrapped toys in the collection boxes in the church hall foyer. Remember to sign a star on the Nativity icon.

Confession schedule – Father will hear confessions after the Divine Liturgies. Dec. 14 – Grades 4-8; Dec. 21 – teens and young adults

Congratulations to Danylo, who will be observing his patron saint’s day, the Prophet Daniel, on Dec. 17. May God grant Danylo Many Blessed Years! MNOHII LITA!
