DUES STATEMENTS: PLEASE PICK UP YOUR 2023 DUES STATEMENTS. If you have any questions, call Elizabeth Garbovska (719-359-7914) for envelopes or Michelle O’Neil (860-655-7937) for checks. Money received after December 31, 2023, will be credited in the 2024 statement against what you owe. If you are paying dues by check, please ensure that the name on the check is yours. If not, please write your name in the Memo section of the check. Also, pick up your weekly envelopes if you haven’t already.
E-MAIL LIST: With the constant and continuous increase of US postage stamps, the church council is seeking ways to be cost-effective moving forward. We would like to decrease our postage costs by using email for church communications where possible. A signup sheet will be available in the hall to assist with this effort. We need only your name and email address. Thank you for your cooperation in helping our parish cut costs.

THE SCHEDULE of Lenten Services is available today фе the bulletin rack. Please pick up a copy and participate in Lenten services as often as possible. Lent is the most sacred time of the year. Let’s honor it accordingly.

EASTER FESTIVAL is one of our major fundraisers, so please volunteer your help to prepare for it and plan to attend. PLEASE PICK UP FLYERS AND POST WHEREVER YOU CAN. Please wear traditional Ukrainian embroidered outfits. If you are interested in helping out during the festival, please let Natalia Kyrychenko and/or pani matka Joan Szwez know. There are slots available for both morning and afternoon shifts. Also, a clean-up crew is needed in the kitchen at 2 pm.
BREAD: We will be baking paskas for the Easter Festival on Wednesday, March 20, and Thursday, March 21. We need help from a man at 8:45 a.m. for heavy lifting each day, and then we need volunteers beginning at 10:00 a.m. each day to shape and bake the bread. We need 2 gal of whole milk, 4p of butter, 4 (5p) bags of sugar, and 1 box of raisins. Any monetary donations are also welcome to defray the cost of ingredients! (We will also be baking later in April for Orthodox Easter, MAY 5)
ВИПІЧКА ПАСОК: У середу, 20 березня, та четвер, 21 березня, ми будемо випікати хліб/паски на Великодній фестиваль. Нам потрібна допомога чоловіка о 8:45 ранку для підняття важкого замісу, а потім нам потрібні волонтери, починаючи з 10:00 ранку кожного дня. Нам знадобиться 2 галони молока, 4 фуити вершкового масла, 20ф цукру та 1 ящик родзинок. Будь-які грошові пожертви також вітаються, щоб покрити вартість інгредієнтів! (Ми також будемо пекти в квітні для нашого Великодня)
BAKE SALE: We ask everyone to please make a baked item from scratch to donate to our bake sale table at the festival. Our top sellers are loaf pan cakes, individual pastries, and fruit pies. All homemade items are welcome. Please bring them to church on Friday, March 22, after 4 pm. If you have any questions, please see Natalia Kyrychenko.

MEMORIAL SATURDAYS: Lenten Saturday services to remember the souls of departed parishioners and friends will begin on Saturday, March 23. If you wish to have your loved ones remembered, envelopes to list the names are available at the church entrance. Please give the completed envelope to Father Andrii by Monday, March 18. Please note that Lent begins on Monday, March 18.
