CHURCH COUNCIL MEETING: The regular monthly meeting is scheduled for TODAY, during “Coffee and…” in the parish hall. Сьогодні відбудуться збори Управи після Літургії, підчас кави.
OUR EASTER Festival is scheduled for this coming Saturday, April 1 (snow date April 8). Please, wear your traditional Ukrainian outfits. We will be baking paska-breads on Wednesday and Thursday, March 29 and 30 at 10 AM, and cooking on Thursday and Friday after 5 pm. Please help!

PLEASE HELP with baking paskas: We need you to help with baking on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 29, AND/OR THURSDAY, MARCH 30 at 10 AM. You don’t have to know how to bake. Help!!
BAKE SALE: We are asking everyone to please make a baked item to donate to our bake sale table at the festival. Our top sellers are loaf pan cakes, individual pastries, and fruit pies. All homemade items are welcome. Please bring them to church on Friday, March 31st after 5 pm or between 8-8:30 am on Saturday, April 1st. CONFESSION: Father Andrii is available to hear confessions before or after any of the Lenten services. Please arrive early on Saturday or Sunday morning for Confession so this won’t interfere with the start of the Divine Liturgy.
СПОВІДЬ є важливою частиною Великого Посту. Кожен православний християнин/ка повинні посповідатися під час Великого посту, щоб мати можливість прийняти Святе Причастя на Пасху, і бути в доброму духовному стані як православні віруючі. Отець Андрій готовий вислухати вашу сповідь до або після будь-яких постових богослужень. Будь ласка, приходьте раніше вранці в суботу або неділю на Сповідь, щоб це не перешкоджало своєчасному початку Божественної Літургії.
CEMETERY: Lent has started. Please remove your Christmas arrangements. They will be discarded the week of April 3, the week before Holy Week. Our project of redesigning the monument circle has started. Work is being done by Mirek Muczko of Mirek Masonry LLC supervised by head caretaker John Bouchard. We have permission from Fr. Lee Perry of Holy Trinity Byzantine Catholic Church Cemetery next door to enter using their driveway if needed. He asks that we drive down to the back and cross over the field area. The water has been turned on. Any questions or concerns call John at 860-223-7802.
+++ CHURCH SCHOOL AND YOUTH MINISTRY NEWS +++
Classes will be held today and will be dismissed at noon.
Lenten confession schedule: Fr. Andrii will hear confessions from our students during class time today – grades 7 and 8 and teens. Students should go to the church hall for a snack following dismissal from Divine Liturgy. They will return to the church for confession when the panakhyda is over. Students in grades 7 and 8 will go to the Church School together with their teacher when they have all finished confession.
Loving thanks go to our dedicated benefactors, Maria and Walter Szwez, for their generous donation of $50 to the Youth Ministry. May God grant Maria and Walter MANY BLESSED YEARS! MNOHAYA LITA!
Our annual “Pennies from Heaven” Lenten alms-giving event is underway and will last until April 23. This year our donations will go to the parish organization Aid for Ukraine to purchase iT clips and other medical supplies for the battalions we support. Please see any of our students to make your contribution.
