CHURCH COUNCIL MEETING: The monthly meeting will be held next Sunday, October 6, during “Coffee and”. Council members are requested to make every effort to attend this important meeting.
CHURCH COUNCIL: Anyone interested in serving on next year’s Church Council should let Vice-president Scott Kerry or Father Andrii know. Candidates must be members in good spiritual and financial standing for at least one year to qualify.
ATTENTION “ALL PARISHIONERS”: The Angels Club Membership Drive for 2024-2025 is still on. We welcome “all parishioners” to become an Angel and help support our Church. The Angels Club’s mission is to help raise money to pay for the heating and air conditioning expenses. Membership includes twelve monthly drawings for cash prizes as well as attending our annual banquet (free of charge) in the fall of 2025. The 2024-2025 Angels Club Membership Drive letter and Membership Applications have been mailed to your home address, or extra copies can be found at the rear of the church. The Membership Drive will be ongoing from September 1 through October 25, 2024. Your support of this fundraiser is greatly needed and appreciated. Thank you! CURRENT ANGELS, don’t forget to return your Dinner Reservation Form for the free banquet scheduled on Sunday, October 13, 2024. These are due by today, September 29. Thank you!

UOL CHRISTMAS PROJECT: Christmas is coming. We want to bring Joy to children this Holy Season by supporting- St. Nicholas at the City of Goodness in western Ukraine by donating children’s pajamas, small gifts, small blankets, baby care needs, and candy. Operation Christmas Child for children of the world, including Ukraine. Items-dolls, toy cars, stuffed animals, kazoos, yoyos, jump ropes, balls, pens, pencils, sharpeners, crayons, markers, notebooks, paper, calculators, coloring and picture books, toothbrushes, bar soap, combs, washcloths, adhesive bandages, feminine products, t-shirts, socks, hats, sunglasses, hair clips, jewelry, flashlights with extra batteries and more. No gum, candy, toothpaste, liquids or lotions, nothing breakable. Please place your donations on the table in the back corner of the church hall. Our collection starts now until November 3rd. CHURCH SCHOOL AND YOUTH MINISTRY
TODAY – Church School classes will begin 15 minutes after Divine Liturgy and will dismiss at noon. Classes will be held next Sunday, October 6, at the same time.
Parents are reminded to send the blue registration form to class with their child.
TODAY – Fr. Andrii will bless students of all ages and teachers at the end of Divine Liturgy. Our parish family is asked to let students be dismissed from the church first and to go to the head of the “Coffee and…” line.
