There will be no<\/strong> Church School classes today or next Sunday, Pascha.\u00a0 Classes will resume on May 1<\/u><\/strong>. Students are reminded to bring their \u201cPennies from Heaven\u201d containers to Liturgy on that day.\u00a0<\/p>\n Happy birthday<\/strong> to Anna who will be celebrating her birthday in the coming week.\u00a0<\/p>\n All children<\/strong> are invited to take part in the Holy Friday and Pascha processions and are urged to bring icons from home.\u00a0 We do have some in the church, as well.\u00a0 For those students wishing to carry a candle, battery operated ones will be available.\u00a0<\/p>\n The annual Lenten<\/strong> almsgiving activity \u201cPennies from Heaven\u201d is happening now, and it will continue until May 1 <\/u><\/strong>when we will present the collection containers to Fr. Andrii during Divine Liturgy.\u00a0 The funds the students collect will be used for aid to Ukraine through the humanitarian group, Maidan United.
